Refund and Returns Policy

At Veerise, we take pride in providing high-quality products that are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you might need to return or exchange a product, and we’re here to help.

 

We accept returns within 48 hours from the date of delivery if the product you received is not upto your expectations. To initiate a return, please send an email to veerisefashion@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

If you’re eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

At Veerise, we strive to provide accurate sizing information and ensure that you receive the appropriate size for your body. However, if the size you received is not the correct one, we are happy to exchange it for you. Please note that we only accept exchanges for the same product in a different size. To initiate an exchange, please send an email to veerisefashion@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition, has been worn, washed, or damaged.
